Check errors
Section titled “Check errors”You can check errors from the inbox in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Check the error item to confirm the reason.
Possible causes include being unable to access the specified URL, RSS feed, or XML sitemap used for the investigation. If the error item does not explain the issue, contact Amethyst Support.
