Payments and Receipts

Payment methods

You can choose from the following two payment methods.

• Credit card payment

• Bank transfer by invoice

💡 Amethyst uses the external service Stripe for credit card payments.

Invoices and receipts

• Credit card payment

  • A receipt will be issued to the email address registered with Stripe.

  • We do not issue separate receipts, so please use the receipt issued by Stripe.

• Bank transfer by invoice

  • We will issue an invoice.

  • As a general rule, we do not issue receipts because the invoice and the bank transfer record serve as proof of payment. If you need a receipt in addition to the invoice for any reason, please contact your account representative or support.
